The employer is expected to provide the required demand and authorization documents, follow the applicable rules of the destination country, and ensure that candidate selection and placement are handled according to the agreed requirements.

The recruitment company is responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, documentation support, and other processing tasks necessary for organized overseas deployment.

Both parties are expected to maintain clear communication, lawful compliance, and professional coordination in order to support a smooth and responsible recruitment process.
